We are beyond happy with the grooming services from Mackenzie and Brett. Their shop is lovely, bright, and calming for our relatively nervous puppy. We know he is in safe hands. Can't recommend enough!

Mackenzie consistently struck an incredible balance between keeping my hypersocial little Border Terrier in line, while still allowing his extreme friendliness to be one of his endearing traits. She gets dogs. I so appreciated the time Mackenzie took to get to know my dog (Ziggy) and me / my training regime prior to engaging in walks. Not all dog walkers do this. A move between suburbs meant we had to switch walkers, but we'd have her back in a heartbeat!
